A decent flush trim bit, the bearing is smooth and no wobble.
If you're looking at this, odds are good you know exactly what this flush trim bit does, so I'm going to spare people the line about the usage. The bearing on this bit is smooth and cutter blade seems to last a decent amount of time, even after 2+ years of occasional use. The spindle is straight and true, and cuts flush enough that any over hang can easily be cleaned up with some sandpaper.

High quality router bit
Boy this bit is nice! I'd been using a flush trip router bit (different brand) for a couple years now, but it was starting to show signs of dulling. So after reading several positive reviews of the Freud brand of router bits (I've used Frued miter saw blades for years and have really liked them), I decided to give this a go. What a great bit. Precise flush cutting, and goes through wood like butter. The rotating bit is smooth as silk and the blade is super sharp. I trimmed about 1/4" wood off a joint and it had to problem at all. I'm sold on this brand now!

A good router bit.
A good flush trim bit. Long lasting. It will remove quite a bit of material, so horsepower requirements might be higher than a typical 1/4" laminate trimmer might have on tap

Very accurate
This trim bit is very accurate! The only thing I didnt like is the thin washer thing between the bearing and the bit. It gets in the way but once you compensate your cut height ok.

Great product
Works awesome. Bought this to do countertops in our house. Put on a harbor freight mini router and cuts nice and flush. First one I did may have moved to fast, as slowed down and did great job. Make sure to clean off any contact cement if gets on cutter as can make it chatter. Would buy again

An accurate and professionally made tool.
Well made tool with great potential for trim work. I bout this for a special project, and it is great for the need for 1:1 trimming of wood in my project. The bearing is made accurate and I can rely on it to give me the accurate trim using a template or trimming the edge of my projects wood edge. Definite need for every router. The item I received had a different model number, 42-10425 instead of 42-104, I was informed that the item received is the same. Both numbers represent the same tool, only a change in the numbering system not the construction of the tool. It has a fair price and most of all a reliable manufacturer. Freud is a name that can be trusted and is reliable. This router bit is a great example of it.

Great cuts
It cut flush on my projects. I read reviews about the beating coming off so before I used it I took the bearing off, oiled the bearing and then used loctite on the screw to make sure it wouldn't come loose. I had no issues out of it and it worked great for my flush cuts.

Very nice, excellent quality!
This bit is for trimming wood to make two or more pieces the same size. And it does just that. It's a very good invention and it seems like it is made very well so I hope I won't have to buy another one for a while. Unless I get one as a gift...🤔

Does what it's supposed to and leaves a great flush finish
top notch bit. Does what it's supposed to and leaves a great flush finish. Freud products have never disappointed.

Nice bit
Fits well in my Dewalt router. If you've ever owned Freud products, you are probably not reading these reviews because you already know the quality product you will be getting. If you are like me and have never owned anything by Freud and were wondering why cost more than Craftsman or Skil, etc, it is because they are better made and stay sharper. I made the switch to pricier bits and have not looked back.
