Mở lò nướng trước lở 180 độ trước 20 phút. Thịt nguội cắt thành từng miếng dài khoảng 2cm. Đặt bánh mì lên bàn, phết một lớp sốt mayonnaise. Dùng chén hoặc khuôn tròn cắt ở giữa lát bánh mì còn lại rồi đặt lên lát có phết sốt. Xịt một lớp sốt mayonnaise xung quanh bánh mì.
Sau đó, cho 1 quả trứng vào giữa, xếp các lát thịt nguội ở 4 góc của bánh mì, rắc lên trứng một ít đường, muối và ngò sấy khô. Cho bánh mì lên khay và đặt vào lò nướng khoảng từ 15 - 20 phút là có thể lấy bánh ra và thưởng thức rồi đó.
