Cho hạnh nhân vào tô, thêm nước lọc ngâm khoảng 8 tiếng đồng hồ hoặc qua đêm. Sau đó, đem luộc sơ khoảng 10 phút rồi bóc sạch vỏ lụa nhé! Nếu bạn quá vội cũng có thể ngâm ít giờ hơn (ngâm trong nước nóng), sẽ không ảnh hưởng quá nhiều đến vị sữa.
Cho hạt hạnh nhân đã bóc lụa vào máy xay, thêm vào 1 lít nước lọc, 1/8 muỗng cà phê muối, 1 muỗng canh đường, xay nhuyễn.
Cho hỗn hợp hạnh nhân xay được cho vào túi vải, vắt lấy nước hạnh nhân cho vào ngăn mát tủ lạnh khoảng 1 tiếng đồng hồ là có thể dùng.
