1) significantly less than half. 2) they aren't rejecting wearing masks (at least most of them), they are rejecting the frankly authoritarian manner in which several states/cities have mandated mask "laws" via executive fiat, which is definitively unconstitutional. I would bet that most odd the people refusing to wear masks would be fine with it if instead if executive mandate, the state and local governments issued guidelines or recommendations.
