Khi sương sáo sánh lại thì tắt bếp, không khuấy nữa và để cho sương sáo nguội. Khi nguội thì sương sáo đông lại, bạn tách ra khỏi nồi.
Cắt sương sáo thành miếng vừa ăn. Xoài chín cắt miếng nhỏ vừa ăn. Cho sương sáo ra ly, thêm sữa tươi, mật ong, xoài vào cho vừa ăn. Nếu không thích sữa tươi bạn có thể thay bằng nước cốt dừa dảo nhé!
